How can I make a reservation?

We recommend that guests book direct through the hotel website http://www.tudorcourtpaddington.co.uk/. This will ensure that you get the best rates and any special offers that are available. You can also book by telephone, fax or email. Making a reservation via telephone can be immediate. For reservations made by fax or email, please allow 24 hours for confirmation (Please note for all confirmed reservations we require credit card number, expiry date, billing address and security code). All personal information is held securely and destroyed soon after your departure.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 1pm; Check-out is at 10 am. If your room is available earlier in the morning we will check you in immediately, if not then we would request that you leave your luggage, go out and return at a more appropriate time when your room will be ready. Guests must vacate the rooms by 10 am on the day of their departure. Luggage can be left in the hotel an appropriate time when you have to leave London.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

From 1st July 2007, England by law introduced a ban on smoking in all public establishments. We are STRICTLY a non-smoking establishment. All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.

Do you have a lift/elevator?

We do not have a lift or elevator in our hotel. Should you have any special requirements we will endeavour to allocate you a room on the lower floors.

Do you have air conditioning in your rooms?

We do not have air conditioning in our rooms however in some rooms we do have ceiling fans.

Are there tea coffee making facilities in the room?

All of our en suite rooms are equipped with tea coffee making facilities. Please note that the kettles are for boiling water only. If anything other than water is put into the kettle this may attract a charge for further cleaning and or replacement of kettle.

Do you offer wake up calls?

Our telephone handsets can be programmed for wake up calls.

Are animals/pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in rooms.

What is your policy on children staying?

Children under the age of 4 can stay free if sharing their parent’s bed. Children requiring their own bed or room will be charged at the full adult rate.

Does your hotel provide car parking facilities?

The hotel unfortunately does not have private car parking facilities, however there are facilities directly outside our hotel. The square is separated into two areas, resident parking only and pay and display (metered bays). Parking metered bays operate between 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday (parking restrictions operate, allowing a maximum of 4 hours at anyone time). The hourly rate for parking is approximately GBP 2.00 per hour). On Sundays and Bank Holidays parking is free. Western extension of the Congestion Zone currently operates between 7am to 6pm from Monday to Friday; visit Transport for London for further information. Please note we cannot take responsibility for guest’s vehicles.
